Terms of Use

Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the Kurobi mobile application and website, operated by Mark Isayan. By using Kurobi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Availability and eligibility
Kurobi is a pre-release service intended for eventual worldwide availability. Features may be incomplete, unavailable in some regions or on some devices, or changed before public release. You must be legally capable of accepting these Terms, or use Kurobi with authorization from a parent or legal guardian where required.
Training and safety
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu involves risk of serious injury. Kurobi is a logging, visualization, and practice-planning tool; it is not medical advice, emergency guidance, or a substitute for qualified, in-person instruction. Schematic 3D sequences and graph connections cannot show every grip, timing detail, body type, rule set, or safety condition. Train within your ability, follow your coach and facility rules, use appropriate supervision, and stop if a movement feels unsafe.
Accounts
You are responsible for your device, account access, and accurate information. Do not share access in a way that compromises another person’s privacy or the security of the service. Tell us promptly at contact@devcrafts.io if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your training content
You retain ownership of notes and other content you create. You give Kurobi a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, sync, and improve the service. You must have the right to provide the content and should avoid recording unnecessary personal information about training partners.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Kurobi, interfere with its operation, bypass access or subscription controls, probe systems without permission, introduce malicious code, scrape protected service data, impersonate another person, use the service unlawfully, or upload content that violates another person’s rights.
Subscriptions
Kurobi may provide limited free use and optional auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple or Google. Available plans, localized prices, billing periods, trial terms, and renewal details are shown by the relevant store before purchase. Charges, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled under the store terms and applicable law. Deleting a Kurobi account does not cancel a store subscription; manage or cancel it through the App Store or Google Play.
AI-assisted features
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. Treat it as a prompt for reflection, not authoritative coaching, medical advice, or a safety guarantee. You remain responsible for what you choose to practise and should verify technique advice with a qualified instructor.
Ownership
Except for your content and third-party material, Kurobi’s application, website, branding, code, arrangement, and service materials are owned by the operator or its licensors and protected by applicable law.
Third-party services
Kurobi depends on services provided by Apple, Google, Supabase, PostHog, Sentry, RevenueCat, Anthropic, Vercel, and others. Their services and terms may apply separately. Kurobi is not responsible for outages or changes outside its reasonable control.
Service changes and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue pre-release features, or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or service operation. You may stop using Kurobi at any time and can use the in-app account deletion flow. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms, will survive.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kurobi is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for a particular training result. The operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of Kurobi. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Armenia will have jurisdiction unless the mandatory consumer protections or court rights of your country require otherwise. Before filing a claim, contact contact@devcrafts.io so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated through the app, website, or another reasonable channel. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them where permitted by law. Questions can be sent to contact@devcrafts.io.
